"I was considering changing insurance. Dr. Jessica Tsuei was listed on the new insurance company's website as an in-network provider, so I called this office. They confirmed that they accept my new potential insurance. They also confirmed that Dr. Jessica Tsuei is taking new patients. So I went ahead and changed my insurance. I set Dr. Jessica Tsuei as my new PCP. Just called this office and they said they actually don't take this insurance. Dear god. So disorganized. What a waste of time. Open enrollment is now long gone, so I am stuck. Terrible front office staff."
