"Went in a few months ago and I started telling Victoria Taylor NP or PA my concerns and issues and she says "someones feeling sorry for themselves today". So I shut up and left. Haven't been back."
"I was a New patient to the office and with only one visit I'm going elsewhere. Instead of a Dr. I got a nurse as my primary care person and when I got blood work and other tests done, i had to call for the results and the receptionist tried to give me results. Lol. Really only good as an urgent care facility. Don't rely on this place to really care for your health."
"There aren't actually any physicians here. Most of the staff answer phones, take money, and schedule appointments. Steer clear if you actually need a Dr. I expect them to close their doors for good in a few months. They used to be open Saturday but now they are closed an hour and a half for lunch on weekdays and all day on Saturday! I suspect it's because they can't find any real physicians to work for them."
"Terrible, unprofessional, horrible, horrible experience. I've had two doctors there leave, they never notified me. They pull prescriptions. I go to pick up new prescriptions at the pharmacy and they've been pulled because the Doctor Who assigned them left but no one called to update me that the doctors had left the practice. This practice cannot keep the doctors. They expect me to come back into the office with a new provider to get my prescriptions again, even though I had refills available. I am out of state and won't be back in town for two months, what do I do. Horrible, horrible horrible."
