"Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. My doctor advised me to make an appointment online for any Quest location and it was really easy both times. You walk in, scan your ID and insurance card into the kiosk and your name pops up on a screen in the waiting room showing who’s next and how many people are currently being served. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes past my appointment time which is standard for any medical practice. The phlebotomists are all very sweet and it’s always been painless for me. There are a lot of phlebotomists in there so I think any previous reviews about a harsh or rude one is outdated. No problems thus far and look forward to my future blood work here."

"I was called in quickly, and it was the only thing I liked about this place. The male phlebotomist I had was not friendly, and he actually hurt me when he drew my blood. Just look at my arm! And this was after I put an ice pack on it. Not a happy client. I do NOT recommend this place."

"This place encapsulates what’s wrong with the American health care system. Apathy. Zero concern for patients. These employees should be working fast food, not in the health care system. A kiosk in the middle of the room is the intake method. Not one person acknowledged me as I walked in. I was surrounded by confused individuals that didn’t understand what was going on. Not one employee acknowledged our existence until they called our names for the blood draw. I could go on but…"

"Understaffed and unconcerned! Had an appointment at 12:10. Checked in via the text I received at 11:30 at the earliest time (12:00). Still waiting at 12:45 because no one bothered to tell us that you should also sign in manually! They are literally unconcerned that those of us who checked in via text have been waiting so long, they are just going based on the list! Unprofessional! I can understand systems being down, but I would expect more attention to detail and making sure that people understand that everyone needs to sign in again."
