"1st Problem: On my first office visit, Dr. Switzer was running 45 min. late. The office staff did not use the phone number I provided on the pre-registration forms and instead used an old phone number they pulled from an outdated system, so obviously they never reached me to suggest a reschedule. 2nd Problem: After waiting 4 months to get a physical, the doctor canceled for "personal reasons" the day before my appt. 3rd Problem: It took another 8 weeks to get back on her schedule for the physical. On the morning of the appointment, the doctor canceled for "personal reasons". I changed doctors immediately after that."

"Terrible experience. Save yourself the hassle if you are a new patient. The doctor cancelled my appointment without any notification. Had to miss work for this. I waited 45 minutes after my scheduled time - only to be told that they can't complete my full physical and to reschedule another appointment to get the pap. Who does that? After paying so much for insurance- this is how you get treated. I'm in disbelief right now. I paid $25 co pay for half of an appointment."
