"Very incapable of keeping to the appointment times that they have you book. They are also impossible to get on the phone or via email. I’ve had to reschedule twice and have had to wait and pay baby sitters to only waste my time getting to their office. On top of this, the font desk team is very unapologetic. If you have another option, take it."
