"Saw doctors assistant on a Thursday, went to get x-ray at nearby location, and was told by Dr. That i would get results with a phone call on Monday. Waited 8 more days, sent a letter, nothing; called office and left message that I wanted results. The following week, I got a 5 month bill for $140.00 and still no results from x-ray. This is my last hope for results, but not holding my breath, actively looking for Dr. that actually care for his patients."

"I have visited Dr. Caperna three times, 2 for annual check up, but my last visit was for lingering flu like symptoms. The doctor said that my body was fighting a virus and not to worry. Background story, I was fighting this flu for more than a week, no appetite, very clammy skin, massive sweating at night, weak, and very fatigued. Told the doctor of all symptoms. Two days after my visit with Dr. Caperna, my back went out, so I went to urgent care. Long story short, I was suffering from a major bacterial infection which had went to my heart and also cause my back to fail. The Dr. knew I was a high risk patient due to a history of heart issues but he did not run any blood work. I was admitted to the hospital for 1 week and am still on antibiotics as well as going to physical therapy for back issues. On top of all of this, the doctor no longer was in my network but his "brilliant" staff still accepted my insurance without notifying me of their changes. So on top of being misdiagnosed, I was given a bill that my insurance won't cover. So, not a satisfied patient, to say the least!"

This is the best choice if your independent thinker and you want a doctor to work with you, not just write you a prescription. Finally a doctor that listens, also is healthy, can discuss different solutions that don't require medication, and I receive a full print out recap of my visit. This office is efficient. And this is the best internal medicine doctor I have been to in a long time."
