"The optometrist (Dr. Chung) is awesome. She had been great ever since I started going here 7 years ago. Her expertise is top notch and she cares for her clients and loves her work. The office also offers a great selection of glasses. With regards to insurance coverage, they can help you answer questions. The only thing I can say is the the staff (front desk/receptionisits) needs more training. Nevertheless, a good place to trust on your eye care and health."

"I started going to Dr. Susan when I had first moved to Eastvale as a young teenager and got my first ever pair of glasses from her. I'll be 31 this year, I haven't lived in Eastvale for almost 10 years, yet still go out of my way to come here. She genuinely cares about her patients. She's taken care of myself and others in my family for years, and has always been nothing short of excellent. The rest of the staff here are awesome as well. Everyone I've ever dealt with has been very nice, patient, willing to answer any questions or concerns I've had. Every pair of glasses I've gotten here has lasted me years with no problems at all. Never needed adjustments or fixes, always top quality and made to last. The selection is great. Everything from free (if your insurance covers it) to inexpensive to high end designer frames. Something for every budget. Getting an appointment is never an issue, their availability is usually within a week if not sooner. The exams are thorough. Glasses come back quick and I've never had any problems with them. The equipment and technology they use is always modern and up to date. Everyone here always tries to give you the best experience possible. Shout out to Dr. Susan for her continued excellence over the many years I've been coming here and always treating me and my family like we were your own. It's why I still go out of my way to come here, and will continue to. Also a special shout-out to the sweet young woman (who's name I didn't ask, I should've!) who measured my PD and released my glasses to me today, you're extremely kind. Also you were right, the green does make my eyes pop!"

"I'm really disappointed with this optometrist... many mistakes were made regarding payment. They called after the fact wanting more money after we went thru everything and agreed on payment and ordered the glasses..seemed a little shady to me. Will get a full breakdown at pick up of what I was actually charged for because there didn't seem to be any mistakes when she added it up at the office, and we paid. I wouldn't recommend this facility"
