"Just To Be Clear, I did not even sign up for the appointment and be their patient because I had to go back to my home country because my grandmother was about to have a big surgery, so I decided to go back and be around her. However, this place doesn't want to make an excuse for that situation, and still wanted to get money from me. Charging a customer who has a family issue $50 is definitely F-ed up. This is just hilarious how they reacted with this situation. Anyway, good luck with your future and I'm sure this place is a good place to go, but not with me EDIT: According to what you said owner, if you really were trying to waive that fee, you wouldn't send me a mail that has a desperation. Please don't lie about your penny hunger attitude towards to your patient and future patient. Literally who would send $50 fee to the collectors for the money..."
