"Unprofessional and irresponsible staff. I've never dealt with such a horrible customer service, very bad for business. They never call back when they promise, person in charge of authorizations do not give any updates, moreover she never starts authorizations on time, you have to call to check if she sent the request to your insurance. I called about a flu shot(my insurance covers it if it's given by my PCP only.) Called their office and have been told that they ran out and that I should call back to my insurance company. Insurance clarified that PCP had to write a referral. I called back to the office and they had no idea how to proceed. They kept on saying how they ran out of it and I think they said they were using what they had since last year? I still have not received a flu shot nor have been told when (or how) it will be paid for. They told me they will call me back after lunch the next day and it's been 4 days. Save your time, find another Medical Group that is covered by your insurance."

"I would give the Laguna Hills branch of this practice. -1 star if I was able. This is the most unhelpful medical office I have ever had to deal with. They do not return calls, left me on hold for 20 minutes, then said they called in a prescription when they didn’t. If you are an elderly patient or have an elderly parent looking for a doctor DO NOT deal with this practice. Actually no one should have to deal with this."

"When you call the phone either rings and rings or they answer and you are placed on hold for extended periods of time. Appts always run late. Drs not very friendly or helpful like they are too buys to given you their time for too long. Too many patients and too many drs in the office to feel like anyone even knows you. They treat you like a number not a person. Would not recommend either office."

"After years of navigating through a nasty labyrinth of doctors and referral, after referrel... Then the approvals for the silly referrals that 9 times out of 10 posed to be completely useless. I finally was able to see a glimmer of hope at the end of a very dark tunnel full of awful overweight receptionists,and attitude. On my the 8th neurologist I was able to finally find someone that specialised in my prognosis and treat it properly. You better believe I hung on to my internist for 18 years for dear life as he too was a diamond in the rough, and thankfully was on my side the entire time. When I was referred to this office I had no expectations except to leave disappointed. The staff, and the personalisation pleasantly surprised me. Their knowledge, individual personalities, and genuinely caring attitudes carried me to where I felt like I was a character in " Steal Magnolas" where I lived in a small town, and was in a small family business.. A rarity these days. Dr. Park is triple board certified, and they offer a number of other ailments for pain relief that I am still researching today. Aside from eating a clean diet, and trying to remain active both body, and mind I find that it is very important to have a line up of good physicians and staff on your side. So glad I found the front desk staff to be so friendly and helpful."

"Most unhelpful office I've ever used. Couldn't get them on the phone for a week and when I did they hadn't responded to my fax or phone message requests. Ended up having to go in person just to get my birth control prescription in a timely fashion. Also got a new job and had a health screening to complete but they wouldn't fill out my health screening form for the visit I'd just had 3 weeks ago. Told me I would have to come in again, get a blood draw again... I don't know if they didn't have the right results (which since all the health screening wanted was triglycerides, glucose, cholesterol and HDL/LDL I can't imagine what they did with my blood if the DIDN'T have those results) or they are just too lazy to bother to be helpful. I'm not going back. I'll drive farther to get decent service."
