"I have a very mixed experience with Dr. Hong. She is so caring, compassionate and just an overall pleasant person. She listens and provides helpful feedback and insights. I do feel it's likely she misdiagnosed me though and put me on medications for the wrong disorder. I didn't improve much with the medications she put me on and she refused to prescribe me the meds I told her have worked best for me in the past. Once I stopped seeing her I saw a psychiatrist who listened to me about the meds that worked, and I started doing much better. I would definitely without a doubt want this psychiatrist for psychotherapy, but I think for medication prescribing and getting an accurate diagnosis, I would go to someone else."
