"I'm trying to return two items since I got the different size for a jacket. Also, I have an issue with the training short that they are running way too small so I tried to exchange them but they're currently out of stock for any sizes which means there's no other options for me and I had to return this item as well. I talked with one agent who asked me to pay handing fee for the short but the jacket because I am returning that item for running small as a reason. I understand but what am I supposed to do with the short they don't even fit me and when there's none of sizes are available for exchange on website? She basically told me there's not much she could help me with because they don't have any sizes available for this short but still telling me to pay the handing fee no matter what. I've never had any issues or bad experiences just returning items from other websites before. Why does she talk like she blames me for having this issue. Is this my fault not having different sizes on their website as a customer? If there's none of sizes available for items, that means I have to keep them or pay handing fee in order to return? This is unacceptable."
