"I asked an employee where the hair clippers are today. He was holding a set and said here. They must have just been returned, when I got home there was hair all in it. I can’t get back there for a week I’m so pissed. I don’t think hairy used clippers go straight back on the shelf. I called and tried to get through to every department and no answer. There is no customer service and some employees seem like they literally want customers to suffer. *around 8am 12/02 in the health/beauty department, was a younger Latino guy"
"Corporate recently decided to put 60% of the items in locked cabinets and didn’t increase staff to help people unlock them. Now the store is short-staffed AND you can’t get anything you want. I understand the locked cabinets are in the name of preventing shoplifting but now I have to wait 10 minutes for someone to come along to unlock a pair of underwear for me to look at. It doubled the time it took me to shop and made the experience extremely unpleasant, all so Target can prevent people from stealing 10¢ worth of fabric that they probably desperately need. It’s a dumb tactic that is making me consider other options for my weekly shopping so I don’t waste half my time waiting for an underpaid staff member to run from across the store to unlock a case of deodorant so I don’t offend my coworkers at work tomorrow"
"Employees are super helpful and nice. The place has a hige parking garage in the back. Stock is very limited, and most of the stuff is locked behind lock and key. I understand why they are doing it, but it makes shopping so hard."
