"Both cashiers didn’t greet, I proceeded to get my items. When checking out I said hi, no response, after he rang me up. No response. I’ve seen better customer service in the ghetto areas of Oceanside"

"Convenience store itself is 5 stars, can’t complain there. Great service and I like getting my caffeine fix there anytime, 24 hours a day. 3 stars for the gas pump though. I know it’s probably a bunch of new policies with Visa/Mastercard but there has been a $100 pending transaction from my Synchrony gas card that hasn’t gone away yet - it has been five days and it’s making my credit availability less than it should be. Not recommend if you’re in that kind of situation where you use debit cards and can’t afford the overdraft fees. Go to Chevron."

"Genuinely not one to complain but the staff here blows. Drove here after football at UCSD with some friends and saw my truck was smoking. Took a while to find out where the smoke was coming from since my engine wasn't over heating and nothing was leaking. Not even 15 minutes trying to find out what the problem and guy up front of the store tells my friend he wants us gone or he'll presumably call the authorities. Continues peering out and staring us out after the fact. I know anyone here who owns a vehicle would be very reluctant to continue driving knowing their car was smoking. Tried to do what I could do and took off. Overall, not cool from the staff, and genuinely don't plan on coming back."

"Not your typical 7-11! Folks that work here are genuinely customer service oriented and friendly. Owner is a wonderful woman and is always doing something to keep her store in good order. I go here about every other day for a big gulp and I am greeted with a smile. Much different than the typical 7-11, but it's in Del Mar, what do you expect?!"
