"This CVS is pretty incompentent. I waited 30 minutes and they are not able to print out 2 photos. No explanation, no service. I gave up."

"Terrible and overpriced selection of what I needed. One product was labeled 50% off, but when I went to check out, the discount didn't show up. Turns out the tag was for a different skew of the same product, which they no longer carried. I explained this to the staff, who were incredibly rude. The product I bought ended up being totally useless and a complete waste of $30."

"Terrible hold times! I heard them "answer" and immediately place me on hold again. I would use the wedsite, but having used it previously and it NOT being correct either...I NOW call before to ensure my perscribtions are truly ready...BUT the hold time was 45 minutes!!! Unacceptable!"

"Every time I call to order and confirm my prescription I ask for only 30 days. Every single time without a miss even when I call to confirm 30 days, I arrive to 90 days. And then wait another 15 minutes while they fix it. Every single time. Speed and accuracy is definitely star value. Single star"

"Go literally anywhere but here. I would not have gone here if it was not the absolute last resort. I was in urgent need of medication for a migraine and Pavillions did not have it in stock immediately, The staff at CVS was rude and I waited 30 minutes on hold (timed it on my phone) then another 37 minutes on hold again, and finally 48 minutes on hold - each time I waited that long and then when they answered they just hung up. They couldn't figure out a simple prescription - and I finally just drove over and there were FIVE employees standing around!!! Not one of them was answering/on the phone with a patient. NOT ONE of the five. NEVER EVER go there - if you are desperate and in pain, just search a little further to find another pharmacy."
