CVS

"The 5 stars is not for CVS but for an employee, Oscar that was trying to help an angry, crazed customer today. Too long a story to go into, but the man started an angry tirade against Oscar who was only trying to help the man. I couldn't help but to say something to "crazy man", that the employee was only trying to help him...mistake on my part. When away from "crazy man" I asked if there was a manager I could talk to, Oscar said "no, no manager around. He proceeded to check me out when all of a sudden "crazy man" appeared and told me "I should mind my own business, unless ( and he said this glaring at me in an evil way, and in a menacing tone) I wanted to be followed home" I am a 69yr. old lady , 110 lbs. Oscar told him he should not threaten me and he tried to calmly de escalate the situation, all the while being yelled at and insulted. Another younger woman stepped in and tried to verbally defend Oscar while I got the heck out of there. CVS, WHY IN GOD"S NAME DON"T YOU HAVE A MANAGER ON DUTY OR AT LEAST ANOTHER FRONT END EMPLOYEE WHO CAN CALL FOR HELP IF NEED BE??!! Oscar says this is a rather common occurance. SHAME ON YOU CVS!"

"The worker at 5:15pm organizing medicines scanned my eye with his hand held scanner and it was painful. I did talk to the manager of the store about it. I am elderly and this was a terrible experience."

"This CVS is one of the best I have ever visited. The front store staff and pharmacy team are always sincerely friendly and welcoming. The pharmacy team is a valued part of my families medical team. It’s refreshing to visit a store where you know if you have questions there will be someone there to actually help. I really appreciate everyone who works at this location."

"Total joke. The treat your prescription with the same care and urgency as a McDonald’s worker does a burger. They have a phone number but it’s useless. Drove 30 minutes after spending over an hour cumulatively on hold just to finally be told they were out of stock. Literally could not have had a worse experience. Having next script sent to Walgreens."

"Went there to pick up my pharmacy order as I got unwell while traveling in San Diego. I was received by Marjourie (sorry if I didn’t remember the spelling correctly). She has pleasant personality and made me feel better. Appreciate the culture pharmacy has."
