"My experience was okay, could have been better. Upon check in I was told they are valet only and they charge $48 per night for valet. I honesty wish I would have known this before booking. When we checked in the front desk agent let me know that we were going to receive complementary late check out and that they were going to be waiving the resort fee. At first I was happy but as soon as we got to our room I realized immediately why we received those perks. They gave us what seemed like the smallest room in the hotel. The room was under the stair case and had one window facing the inside hallway. When you walked past the room on the outside you could literally see in our room. I felt like we were part of some exhibit. When I asked if we could switch rooms that agent said we could switch rooms but that we would not get late check out and that he would have to charge us the resort fee. At that point I just wanted to get out of that room so we agreed and were moved to a new room. My only complaint about the room that we were moved to, was that the TV was not working. When I called down to the front desk to see if they could send someone to look at the TV, the front desk agent said he would send someone up but no one ever came. I was pretty disappointed overall especially considering how much we paid for one night!"

"Shane was great. Shane was truly a gem. The entire staff was very good however, Shane just stood out as friendly, and a true asset to the company. Great aesthetics, great vibes overall. The location is pretty good, it’s right next to an In and Out, we were able to walk around Hollywood at all hours of the night and day and didn’t feel particularly unsafe. Great experience, will definitely be staying here again"

"Awesome hotel! A couple blocks from the Hollywood walk of fame. Received a free drink upon arrival and promptly used it at the beautiful pool side bar. Lobby smells beautiful and has plenty of seating and nice spots to hang out. The room was very comfortable with nice clean sheets and a basket of snacks to go along with the minibar. Definitely would recommend for a boutique hotel with cute decor and accommodating service."

"Our apartment got flooded and we needed to stay at a dog friendly hotel while they renovated. We saw this hotel and the pics looked cool. When we arrived it was even better than we expected. The people here are incredibly nice. They absolutely loved our frenchie and hooked it up with free treats and they offer dog bowls and a bed for the room. The food is solid and not too pricey. The drinks at the bar are extremely good and all the bartenders are super nice. All of the staff were super accommodating and we honestly couldn't have picked a better place especially in our situation. It's also right next to an in n out which was really nice."
