"We sent this arrangement to our daughter for her 50th birthday. Her comments to us were "The flowers are stunning. The picture doesn't do justice. It's a huge arrangement". "This place has the most beautiful flowers i have found yet. Very original designs and my wife loves their arrangements. This would easily be 5 stars, but.... I ordered flowers the day before valentine's day for same day delivery. They did not arrive until almost 5pm. I understand i ordered same day delivery, the day before V-day, and im sure they are very busy. But in my opinion, you should not offer same day delivery if you can't get the order there no later than 3pm. It was supposed to be a surprise, and something to brighten her day. But she was already gone by 5 which defeated the whole purpose. I could have saved the delivery fee and tip if I had just picked up, and I might as well have since she was already gone by the time they arrived. I get it. Its valentine's day eve. Probably the busiest time of the year for a florist. I will continue to buy from here, but will probably not do delivery again."
"They were so good to me, this place is wonderful. I live in Connecticut and my good friend in Petaluma just had surgery and they were so wonderful. They even sent me an email and a picture of the arrangement before they delivered to her. I called them up to thank them and they were so kind."
