Future Ford of Concord

"Service department at future ford of concord is the worst. Started back in December of 2023. Took my car in by tow as it was still under warranty. Les who no longer works for the company helped us. Horrible customer service. They kept the car for almost 6 weeks. Only to drive it off that day and have the same thing happen. It stopped accelerating on the freeway and shut down in 680 traffic. Putting my child’s life at risk Back goes the car into the service dept. this time Zack s. Attempts to fix it. Oh and tells us Les has now been fired. We now have the car for less than 2 months and we now have a huge engine oil leak after having a brand new engine put into the car. Now I call Zack S. Back. Days of calling and leaving messages with no calls back to us to fix the problem until I threaten legal action. Now I get a call from some guy name Brad. He tells me the car needs to come in right away, yeah no kidding, but he can’t get me a rental car. Well here we go with the circus again of ford of concord. The worst communication, service, and work that could possibly be done!!!"

Khalid and Abdul were very informative and eager to work with me on a good deal but I never felt an uncomfortable pressure to sign before I was ready which is something I really appreciated. When I said I needed to sleep on it they understood and then were very quick and patient to respond to all my questions over text the next day. I test drove my car Friday night and was driving it off the lot Saturday afternoon.
