"I took a tour of K9 Activity Club ahead of sending my dog there and was impressed with thoroughness of the tour. Additionally, the lady who took me around (sorry I cannot remember her name!) was super personable and friendly. On my dogs first day, she was assigned to small group daycare to see how she would do. I was told upon pickup that I would be receiving a report card later on how her day went. I never received that report card so I called the next day to check-in. The person who answered the phone was super helpful and apologized for it not getting sent. She went to the person who oversaw the small group daycare for that day and got me a report that she verbalized to me over the phone. While I was slightly disappointed I did not get a written report card as I was looking forward to it, it wasn't the end of the world. I was able to get the information as soon as I requested it. I took my dog back the next week and she again attended the small group daycare. After I picked her up, she was much less anxious than the first day I picked her up. While she has an elderly sister dog at home, and plays with a few dogs in the neighborhood, she does not regularly play with a larger group of dogs. So for her to be a bit worked up on the first day was expected but for her to settle in so easily on day 2 speaks volumes to the environment K9 Activity Club is creating for our fur babies. I mistakenly thought I would receive a report card for the second day as well. So when I did not receive it the day she went to daycare I called the next day. The girl who answered the phone informed me that they are only received on the first day but still went to go connect with the group supervisor to see how my dog did. She came back and informed me he was out, however, she would call me back once she was able to connect with him. No big deal to me at all as I wanted to know how my dog did (overly attached dog mom here!) but the dogs in their care are their first and foremost priority. The day went on and in the early evening I hadn't received a call back yet. However, a little later I did receive a text that they were unable to connect with the supervisor but would call me the next day. This is A+ customer service to me as they communicated with me about the delay instead of leaving me in the dark. I really appreciated the follow up. I did receive the call the next day with the information I had been seeking. I have signed my dog up for her third day next week and look forward to more days of daycare and boarding for her in the future."

"Oh my gosh, I have a Vizsla puppy and yesterday was her first day of daycare. K9 Activity Club is awesome. Everyone who works there is kind and supportive. I was clearly more anxious being apart then she was. I was sent an end of day report card with pics of her day. I love this place. Last night at home when I took her out to go potty she walked straight to my car and whined (never did that). I took it as a big clue she's ready to go back to daycare."

When I first brought Bailey in for a consultation, he was displaying severe aggression towards other dogs and even some people. He required a muzzle just to make sure everyone was safe. They explained the training techniques clearly and made sure I understood every step of the process. This helped me maintain consistency when practicing at home. 4. Progress Beyond Expectations: The progress Bailey made with K9 Activity Club’s guidance was nothing short of astounding. He went from being dangerously aggressive to a more well-behaved and obedient dog immediately. I can now take him for walks in the park without fearing incidents with other dogs or people. 5. Post-Training Support: Even after our initial sessions were over, Ashley continued to provide support and guidance. They genuinely care about the well-being of the dogs they train and their owners. I couldn't be happier with the results we achieved with K9 Activity. My Rottweiler's transformation is amazing, and it's all thanks to their expertise and dedication. If you're dealing with an aggressive or challenging dog, I wholeheartedly recommend K9 Activity and their training staff.
