"Sadly this was a terrible experience. I was referred by a friend that used lifestance network. She had great success. I unfortunately did not have this same experience. After going through the customer journey they are about their doctors and not their patients. It starts with a 2 month awaiting period. But heck it is post pandemic and doctors are all burnt out, so I understand. I work with holistic practitioner so I get it. However next they can't get my insurance right. Several phone calls later they have the same wrong insurance number. Then can't find my paperwork and i have to redo my account. But the kicker was I tried to access for the online meeting and couldn't get in I had to call 2 times to get someone to assist me. I finally get to a doctor who can't hear me and tells me we don't have enough time. I spent 20 minutes fighting through their system and should have been early. So she maybe excellent but I can't tell. However if they are booking initial appointments that tightly then their is something wrong... So I hope you all don't have this same experience but this was bad enough I had to leave this review."
