Our classes offer educational information and techniques to help normalize feelings of anger and respond in a more positive manner. Anger is a natural emotion, but it's how we handle it that can lead to issues. By developing better coping skills, individuals can make positive changes that enhance personal and working relationships. Our program is approved by The Orange County Probation Department and meets all Court requirements. Classes are inclusive and welcoming to all, including LGBTQIA individuals.
In addition to anger management classes, we also offer a Pet Loss Support Group that has been meeting monthly since 2004. This group provides emotional support for those grieving the loss of a beloved pet. Grief over a pet's passing is often misunderstood, but in our supportive environment, individuals can share their stories, photos, and emotions without judgment. We understand the deep emotional bond between humans and their pets and provide a safe space for healing and connection with others who share similar experiences.
