"I feel like I’m a burden to my provider. I’m scared to speak at times. I feel judged, sad and frustrated. I don’t think my privider cares much about how I feel though. I wish the focus would shift back to patient well being. This used to be such a wonderful place. They helped me immensely in the past, and I am hoping they will reintroduce compassion back into care someday. By looking at the onslaught of what looks to be fake good reviews left recently about one provider in particular after several negative encounters, I am gathering that acting ethically isn’t of importance. One review in particular uses “he” where “she” belongs. All of the recent positive reviews have only reviewed this business at various locations which is kind of a giveaway that these may not have been earned. I hope I’m wrong, but it’s kind of hard to miss. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this all concerns me. I don’t mean it to be critical, and hope this is taken constructively. I understand that negative feedback takes its toll on people, and I am trying my best to empathize with the provider. I hope things turn around and I can give some positive feedback, but I’m not sure how much more turmoil I am willing to endure. Mental health is really difficult for some of us. This office once served as a place that made managing it easier. I hope it returns to what it once was, and I hope to have the opportunity to change this review to a positive one."
