"The mental health system in America is terrible, but Dr. Lincoln seems to be trying to single handedly make it worse. He is the only doctor I could find that accepts my insurance and does psychological evaluations, but I have given up on him completely after nearly two months of trying to schedule an initial appointment. Dr. Lincoln refuses to speak via phone and rarely replies via email, even when it is a matter of scheduling. His attitude and inconsiderate behavior would be inexcusable for any professional, but it is absolutely disgusting for someone in the mental health field to treat potential patients this poorly. And while I have been to plenty of doctors who were difficult to work with because they had bad schedulers - he does this process himself and therefore has only himself to blame. I don't say this lightly when I say that those with mental health issues are better off not getting treatment at all than attempting to get it from him. At best, you will waste your time. At worst, you will feel rejected, unworthy, disrespected and unappreciated. Please find a different doctor for your own sanity."
