"The service at this pediatric hospital is really poor. We made an appointment two weeks in advance, but the front desk didn't give us an appointment. So when we came to the hospital on time, we were told by the front desk that we didn't have an appointment. We were made to wait here for an hour and a half. You didn't include the time and made the mistake. To patients? garbage place"

"Do not recommend. This facility is dirty. The waiting room was unswept and there were cobwebs/spider webs under the chairs. Walls and chairs need wiped down. The doctor is extremely pushy regarding jabs. If you choose to not jab your child, I would recommend finding another doctor."

"Extremely disappointed and upset. My daughter failed her vision test and was supposed to get a referral to a specialist. I was told by the office staff that they’d submit a request to my insurance. Today, one week later, I call in for an update since I never heard back, only to find out nothing has been submitted. When asked why nothing had been done, I was told it’s because it hasn’t been done yet. Ok, great. That is extremely unprofessional and lazy. Thank goodness I called and asked for an update. The doctor is really friendly and knowledgeable, but he might need to replace his staff."
