"My son who is under 2 had a fever that peaked to 102.8 so I decided to give the office a call to get advice from the doctor or NP. The front desk answered and told me that they could possibly send him over a message to see if he could prescribe medication. I let her know I had purchased Tylenol for infants and I just wanted advice prior to administering the medication. She let me know the doctor would not be able to speak to me and she wouldn’t be able to take a message. She said at that point his advice would be to go to ER. How would you even know that if you couldn’t even pass over the message? What is the purpose of a primary care physician if they can’t even offer you advice? As a first time mom this is super upsetting considering all of this is very new to me. I will say the two female Nurse Practitioners that Have examined my son for his well checks and immunizations in the past are very kind and thorough, but overall I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone. You have a GROUP of doctors and NP’s, how is no one able to give me advice or guide me on what to do."

"Staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. They call me before every appointment for my kids stating their insurance is inactive, but every time I call benefits, benefits tells me my children are active. The staffs all tell me something else when I call in regards to this. It has been going on for months. They act like I don’t know what I’m talking about, when I spoke to eligibility before contacting them. Their eligibility person needs to be retrained!"
