"The rudest staff I ever met. The doctor's wife, she should not be working in the medical field. My dad broke his finger 10 days ago, after he got it fixed in the ER, the RN told us to call and make the appointment to remove the stitches in about 8 to 10 days. I called them several times and they never answered the phone. I could not make the appointment so I took my dad to urgent care this morning to get his stitches removed, however, the urgent care officer told us they do not take his insurance and he should go to his PCP first. I told her, I could not make the appointment that was why I came here. She said he just needs the stitches removed they may take him walk in. So I took him to Dr Viet Dao who is my dad’s PCP. When we walked in the young lady asked if we had appointment, I said no because I called several time and no one answered the phone, and my dad needs the stitches removed today because he his finger fixed in the ER 10 days ago .The young lady was asking for his name and DOB, at the same time, the old lady sitting next to her turned over and told her “ they have to get back there”. She might think that we don’t speak English. I told her I called in several times and no one ever answered the phone. Then she raised her voice to me, “we were closed last two weeks for vacation. You can call to report to the medical board to see if they said doctors cannot have vacation?” I told her not just this time, before that my dad had a heart surgery and I tried to call to schedule the check up for my dad but I never could also. She then yelled loud that we had to go back to the ER to remove the stitches because we had no appointment. I felt so bad for myself that I had to yell back to her before I left “ you shouldn’t be a doctor, shame on you guys”. Dr Dao was ok but his wife, the office manager, is the rudest one I ever met in my life."

"My Mom was patient there. His office is closed without any notice. My Mom has moved to different Doctor. And nobody know his whereabout. Maybe his got arrested from fraud and corruption"

"This doctor is very personal and has compassion. I have always had very bad experiences with my medical providers but Dr. Dao made it possible to trust in the process again. I appreciate his help."

"HORRIBLE doctor's office experience. I could name countless things that went wrong. But the biggest things were: 1. Your office staff SHOULD NEVER discuss patient information in the LOBBY where other people are present! HIPAA violation, anyone? The front desk staff was literally asking me about personal medications I use and why I use them while there were other patients sitting there. I had to stop the staff and tell them I would not answer anymore questions unless I was in a room alone with my doctor. What on earth would make you think that is ok???? 2. I asked for a basic routine STD screening (as all adults should), and he told me "unless you have symptoms, you don't need to worry about that. I don't want people having to walk around worrying about stuff like that." He also said "unless you're in that industry (the adult industry) or you're a bad girl, you don't really need that. And you don't look like a bad girl". EXCUSE ME? He told me if I "really really wanted it", he'd test me, but said I didn't need it. Completely disgusting and irresponsible. I would never in my life recommend this "doctor's office" to anyone unless you want to leave having received the worst medical advice ever. 0/10."

"If I was able to give 0 stars I would. In my opinion stay away from this dr.'s office.They don't care about patients well being. They won't fill blood pressure medicine while you wait for a follow-up. The office staff will direct you to go to urgent care to get a refill. Seriously this office makes me think twice about healthcare. Again, this is my opinion only."
