"Zero Stars but not an option. Unbelievably rude, unprofessional and disgusting office. My child had a doctors appointment scheduled a week in advance. Walked in, signed in and completed the new patient forms (laminated forms so a marker is given to fill them out...what?) The office has about 3 rows of dirty yellow chairs and the windows are caged off...wonderful place for kids to lose their fears. Front desk has business cards for a party supply rental too, in case you are in need. While waiting to be seen, I asked if I could have a physical release form printed as I would need the doc to fill it out for school - I was told they did not have access to email and I would have to bring it by another day. The thing is, I specifically scheduled the appointment for this and she was aware. Not a care in the world from this woman. I asked if I could go pick it up from the school, which is 2 minutes away from the office, nope because my son was going to be seen next. I was told my sons info was incorrect in the insurance providers system. Ok. I was asked when my son was assigned to the doctor and for what effective date...gave her the info I could. My son was called in, he was weighed, measured and given a brief "vision" test. We were taken into a room and immediately the front office staff walked in and said "We aren't going to be able to see you today", then she turns and looks at me and says "you'll have to call the insurance because he isn't assigned to this doctor." Here is the thing, it doesn't take a genius to know that part of your job as a medical facility is to verify benefits/eligibility for new patients. It also doesn't take a genius to know that process should BE DONE PRIOR TO THE PATIENTS SCHEDULED VISIT to avoid inconveniencing all parties involved. The lack of professionalism, empathy and accountability is beyond me. I also failed to read the reviews prior to picking this doctor. My fault. Needless to say, THANK THE ALMIGHTY, that my son was not assigned to this place. HEMET/SAN JACINTO parents, I would not recommend this location to anyone...seriously."

"They lied to me about my daughter getting a referral for her ADHD I was able to get one somewhere else and she does have ADHD"

"She is as evil as they come. If you want your child to be healthy DONT take him or her to this pediatrician. When my son hadn't even turned 2, she ignored blood work that came back that was so far out of range that it suggested liver disease, kidney disease, or leukemia related blood disorders, but she asked me if he ate meat, and said it was from that and it was no big deal . She said everything was fine on his fragile x blood work, but reading the fine print, I found out the test had never even been performed because the lab she sent it to was not there anymore. She had a nurse administer vaccines knowing he had recently had bronchitis and it needed to be put off for a while but no, she said he HAD to have the MMR 1, Hep A 1, and Varicella 1 all at once and forever changed his life for the worse. He ended up getting brain damage and immune system dysfunction that turned into senserioneural deafness, non verbal autism , OCD, and ADHD. He is 15 now and is the mental age of a kindergartener. Oh, and she denies the vaccines being the culprit and refuses to document it so I can get at least get on the vaccine adverse event registry. She didn't give two shi+s about my son. Worst doctor EVER."

"This has been my daughters pediatrician for a.couple years but no more. Always been rude and condescending but after today I refuse to comeback! The building and exam rooms are outdated and dirty. It has to be 95 degrees in this place. Feel sorry for office girls having to work in that. Dr. dismissed my concerns re my daughters weak foot for over a year. After having x-ray thru Urgent Care there is definitely an issue. Please don't take your kids here. Go to someone who cares and doesn't think they are better than you!"

"All the doctors and nurse practicioners are great here. Been here for about 4 to 5 years. I love how through the doctors are. You can never get a same day appt but usually next day always. Which is fine that lets me know that they just dont treat the patients like a rotating door. Also I have never had a problem with the staff. I feel that if you come off friendly that's what you get in return."
