"BEWARE! This is a corporate company that puts revenue above the well being of your pet. Veterinarians fill in from all over and aren’t always there. Which means if it is somewhat urgent you might have to wait! Staff is nice but seems to be stretched thin. Pricing is inflated and not transparent. The wellness plans are questionable. Best bet go find a real Veterinary Office who is always available with a caring staff."

"I've tried calling this location several times over the last few months and they never answer the phone. Very strange when during business hours and other times, the phone rings and just drops. I don't get it, but if they can't answer the phone I wouldn't bring my dog here."
