My daughter is usually terrified of doctors/dentists/nurses and she felt safe and comfortable with Dr Kwong since day one. He always talks to her and makes her feel safe. The staff is also wonderful and my appointments have always been on time."
"My son loves coming to this doctor. The staff and nurses are friendly. They welcome you as soon as you come in and make the signing in a fast process. The longest I have waited to go into a room is 10 minutes. The office is clean with some toys and a fish aquarium. Yau is also friendly and gets to know you and your kids."
"Dr. Yau is a very compassionate doctor. He looked after my new born and my toddler. He doesn't rush through your appointment and is willing to answer all questions. The office staff and nurses are also very kind and knowledgeable. The parking lot can be busy as the office is located in a hospital medical tower."
"Very patient pediatrician. Our kid really loves her visits here. There is an aquarium in the lobby which keeps the kids entertained. Also there are quite a few toys for kids to play with. The nurse who administers the shots is jovial too. All in all a great experience."
