"Dr. Du is the most reliable and kind pediatrician we’ve ever seen! She is easy to get a hold of, even on weekends! She cares so much for her patients that she can recall medical history and family history without looking at the chart!! My kids LOVE Dr. Du and get excited to see her for check ups and when sick. Over the years we’ve made adjustments to our health insurance so that we can make sure we are able to see Dr. Du!! I would pay out of pocket just so that my kids could continue to see her. My children always feel safe and cared for while at Dr. Du’s office!"

"Made an appointment for my daughter and made arrangements with my job so I can take her. My appointment was canceled unexpectedly at the last minute with no explanation as to why. I asked my wife to reschedule on a day that she would be able to take our daughter. Upon checking in with the receptionist my wife was told that my daughter wouldn't be seen until an outstanding bill for a non routine visit was paid. Fair enough, no issue there just wish they could have explained this over the phone before scheduling the appointment, as I could have taken care of it directly or given my wife the money to pay it... As my wife is explaining to the Male receptionist helping her, she didn't have enough with her to pay in full and asked if she can make a payment towards the bill so that our daughter can be seen and he accepts before being rudely interrupted by the blond female receptionist. She interjects and demands a minimum of $80. When my wife explains she could only pay half that because that's all she had on her at the time, she was told "Well maybe you need to find another doctor then"!... Never did my wife dispute the charges or not agree to pay, she was merely trying to make an arrangement to satisfy the bill. Dr Du is actually a great doctor and its unfortunate that her unprofessional, and rude staff are earning her negative reviews. Needless to say We will be taking the advice of her receptionist and find another doctor."

"We have been patients of Dr. Du for 11 years. Her & her entire staff have been amazing every single visit. After hour calls are always promptly returned & since the staff has never changed they get to know your family. If I have been extremely concerned about an issue I have always been seen that day. Overall, she is an amazing doctor who listens to her patients & the staff is just as amazing."
