"Dr Kashyap is a GREAT oncologist. He cared for me when he was at City of Hope in Duarte, CA when I underwent BMT for AML back in 1994 (when stem cell transplants were developing). My donor was my sister. He is knowledgable with great bedside manner. Because of his care, I am a 24.5 year BMTsurvivor (also surviving breast and squamous cell cancers). I returned to a normal full time workload for 22 years with No sick days. As a survivor, and stepping down to part time work, I returned to volunteer at COH visiting current BMT patients who see me and hope to help inspire each patient to know that there IS life after cancer.
