"Dr Metzger has been my oncologist for years. Always find him to be professional, approachable and understanding of weird questions. Always available to answer questions or address concerns"

"Dr. Metzger is terrible. My mother normally went to another doctor but since he was on holiday she had to see Metzger. My mother was dying of stage 3 cancer. He would do nothing for her.... Nothing to ease her pain or make her feel any better. At this facility there really is only one good Dr. and that's Dr. Bobbi Head. She is the most caring and understanding. I'm sorry for any of you that get any of the other Dr's here. I don't understand why you become an oncologist when you are so uncaring. This is a place that very sick and dying people are going to. Learn how to be compassionate or go into another specialty. Try to see Dr. Head if you can...."

"I haven't seen the doctor yet but the lady in the front desk was completely ridiculous. I understand you are stressful and so am I. By looking at my grandfather is dying everyday without any treatment and delaying in chemotherapy, obviously I have to rush you to schedule him an appointment. Please step in my shoes and let me know how I feel. You act completely like a heartless person. You told me you are just a messenger. Who doesn't know that? I haven't be mean to you yet as a client. Business speaking here, we need each other in order you make money for your living and I get my service done. You were being heck mean... I wish you understand how to serve a client as a client not as a beggar in order to keep Dr. Merger's business. No matter how good he is but having such a heartless person communicate with patients like you, the clinic will end up going no where. I wonder if you are being racist too?"
