"Nicole has been my massage therapist for many years. She is a miracle worker! I first started seeing her when I had a serious hamstring injury that I was in constant pain from even after several months of physical therapy. When I first met her, she took a full health and life history to better understand me and my hamstring injury, and I felt she was the first person that looked me in the eye and was truly listening. After our first session, I felt immediate relief! I have since seen her for many body issues/overuse injuries/aches & pains over the years, and she is always able to help alleviate any pain or discomfort as well as teach me new stretches and posture alignment, as well as at home exercises to correct the issue and help me build a stronger more flexible body. Even when I don’t have a current issue or any aches or pains, I see her regularly to keep my body in tip top shape. Without Nicole, there is no way as a person in my late 50s, I’d still be doing daily power yoga, HIIT classes, hiking, etc. I feel amazing! She is truly gifted in therapeutic body work and more than anything, has a heart of gold.
