"DO NOT SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE The first time they called me from this location saying my prescription was ready so I went to go pick it up.I get there and he says that I don’t have anything to pick up I make him look up my account and says “they sent it to another location and that I would just have to wait and they could do it” mind you I had looked up the number and location to that rite aid and they were the ones that called me . I had the day off so whatever and said ok. I waited an hour but it’s fine I’m pregnant and don’t want to stress myself out. Another prescription TODAY I get a call saying it was the last day to pick up my prescription and told them I never even got a voicemail about picking anything up she said sorry and that today was the last day to pick it up i said okay. I got off of work at 5 I get there at 520 and I tell the lady I’m there for pick up she tells me they already put it back I tell her they just called me telling me to pick it up by the end of the day and she said they should have told you by 230 and that I would have to call and come back tomorrow to pick up my prescription. It was that same lady that called me earlier I remember her voice and I told her they did not tell me a time she literally told me by the end of the day which is closing time for them. That’s the last time I send anything here they just mess around in there because they can never get anything g right"

"Most of all these employees have nasty attitudes. This is not the first , last time I came around 4 pm to but ice cream frm where they serve it girl Yell NO iCE cream ok I left today John the mgr . Pass by me 4 times pretend it I’m not there standing. I asked this is open right nagging shaking his head yes he said go pay for it. By the way when I enter the store the young cashier I asked ice cre polar open she said yes no one bother to give me service this is sad .. now the black lady as I can understand if I’m a bad customer but nooooo I’m kind to them"

"Fernando at the pharmacy was unprofessional today. All I wanted was a consultation and to confirm the Instructions so I know for my health safety and he was very rude and aggressive . He didn't even have my medication ready. Get together man it's not my fault your life sucks."

"Just left this location w/ my daughter & nephew to purchase Roblox gift cards for them, as well as visa gift cards for my clients. My transaction was approved, but the store manager PATRINA (the store manager) decided to not allow me to continue with my purchase because my COMMERICAL account doesn’t have my “personal name” on it. It’s a COMMERCIAL account & being that this card is contracted w/ Rite Aid, she could have easily called customer service to ask if I’m the owner of the company & an authorized user on the account. However, she completely chose to disregard everything I said & deny my transaction. Unbelievable! I visit Rite Aid WEEKLY & have never had this problem. Patrina, please do better. This location has a 2.9 star rating for a reason. Do NOT come here unless you enjoy poor customer service."
