"Booked PCR COVID test and didn’t get the results for me or my kids. I had to call and stay on hold for more than an hour to let them send the results 3hrs before my flight. CVS has a very weird system to get a copy of your results, they tell you that they will send sms with a link but never happen and I had to chase them over the phone. I went to the pharmacy where they took our samples asking for help and they said they send the samples to a 3rd party and they don’t have access to the results. Never go there for Covid test they are not helpful."
