"We're done. We have lived 4 blocks away for 23 years, and we are sick of this place. They will routinely "short" a refill because they don't have enough pills on hand - then of course when we need to pick up the "shorted" supply - the whole minimal-working-hours rodeo starts again. They open at 10, close around 6, long lunch, and for people that actually have jobs or travel for work it is impossible to deal with them. My wife "must have" her meds, it's not an option. We realized they shorted her 45 tablets on a 90 day prescription, of course, just as she was about to leave on a 1-week business trip. They texted that the refill was "ready" - we arrived a few minutes later, and of course- they had closed for the day (early). She was leaving at 5:30 AM the next day, so we spent another $100 on an emergency medical co-pay to get a new scrip to fill it at a reliable vendor (Walmart). Noted.. Walmart indicated they have disgruntled CVS customers doing the same thing regularly. Skip the hassle, go to Walmart, Costco, Sam's Club, Amazon Pharmacy - anything but this place."
"This location don't accept Goodrx coupons. They will charge ridiculous amounts for meds that is supposed to be cheap. Will not advise or be helpfull."
"If you need prescriptions filled don’t bother coming here. My wife is now going on 3 days to fill a simple shampoo. Apparently they have 1 pharmacist and he’s allowed to leave in the middle of the day for lunch. No sense in having posted pharmacy hours if there’s an hour gap in the day you can’t pick anything up. I get that people need to eat but just have them as a salaried employee and call them to the counter during their lunch?"
"They still shut down in the middle of the day or at least don't answer their phones! Ridiculous! I am moving my perscriptions to Express Scripts to be delivered to my door. cheaper and no worse customer service!"
