"This vet took our cat in and gave it an exam. And shots which cost us $300. When we went to bring our cat back for the space surgery. We were late so they did not let us come in. Then we received a call saying To bring our cat somewhere else. We have Been going to bayside for 5 plus years. My wife called back to speak with them and they hung up on her. Even if They let us come back and gave us a deal I'm Done doing business here.taking my business elsewhere. They also wrote us a quote for $600 for spay exam and shots then told us that now just for the apay its $700."

"We recently got a new puppy and I had a few friends recommended this vet office from their great experience. We are first time animal owners so we decided to give them a try for our first appointment today, and we couldnt be happier. They were super easy to book with, the front desk was nice and answered all my questions. When it was time for the appointment, we got checked in and put in a room right away. We didnt have to wait long for the vet tech or the doctor. The rooms were clean and nice, All our questions were answered and then some. They have an amazing puppy package of stuff thats a better deal than on my pet insurance. Dr. Nomann was awesome and so loving on our pup. They gave us flee samples so we didnt buy any till he was at full size. Showed me a break down everything price wise that I was curious about. The reviews on this page are amazing for a reason. I can tell the recent 1 stars are fake, sad people waste their time like that. I'm a real customer who is happy and coming back."

"As someone who has Rottweilers it’s hard to find a vet office that can handle the breed. I always feel like my Rotties are being loved on and played with when they are visiting. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating with drop off and pick up times for surgeries. Making appointments is easy and their reminder system is fantastic. They have provided excellent care and have always been on top of things. Whenever I ask for something to be completed, it is always taken care of. I live 45 minutes away and drive by countless veterinarian hospital options to come here and will continue to do so!"
