"I just went at 9pm to get my heart/ hypertension medications refilled because their website states they close at 10pm, I wish they would change their the hours on the website when their going to start closing early .. they had a sign on the window that said temporarily closes at 930 it was barley 9:10pm when i slid thru ...I wish they would say the truth on web page and i would've went in another direction"
"Today's is the third time I have very very bad service from the Mexican lady I'm sure her name is Rosalinda.before i don't want share my opinion cause she need work to survive i like me andaybe she have a bad time but today is enough i don't know why she always has bad actitud she don't have any education or Profesional customer service skill today she is very loud ans screen to me for no reason she is look like mad almost the time poor lady. "Rosiland is the rudest pharmacy tech I’ve ever met. She always seems to be in the worst mood ever, and seems as if she absolutely hates job. She will pretend not hear you when you were in the pharmacy drive-through pick up but really she’s ignoring you. And is always very short with you. It is truly unfortunate that she works in customer service and is the face of Rite Aid pharmacy. She is not doing this location any satisfaction with the reviews like this honestly, she should be fired and at the very least sent to customer service training I have never been rude with her not one time I’ve even tried to wish her a great and wonderful day in hopes that it would change her mood."
"Love this store, employees and pharmacy are always patient and polite. This next part has nothing to do with the store and employees; a lot of the male patrons that go to this store are CREEPY. Watch your peripherals always. Even the homeless in this area don't make me feel this uncomfortable."
"I love Rite - Aid!! It's a great value for most daily household products and there's always new items on the shelves and discounts on others. I can't afford bulk items at large warehouses.... there's only three people in my family and two cats. I'm able to shop for all of us there !!"
