"The pharmacy is clearly short staffed and I’m honestly so fed up. It’s an afternoon commitment to pick up a prescription. It can take literal days of calling to get someone on the phone to determine if the prescription is even ready. Today my doctor sent my script to the wrong location and for whatever reason it now wasn’t able to be filled at this one. It was lovely finding that out after waiting in line for a hour. If Walgreens as a company would stop short staffing and pay for the amount of employees needed to fill the demand maybe it wouldn’t take an entire afternoon to find out my prescription isn’t even at that location."
