"We had such a great experience here. We needed to take one of our dogs in to be seen when a piece of a bone got stuck in his throat, and they took us for a last-minute appointment. As soon as we walked in our dog was seen right away, and the staff handled him very well despite him being a very large dog. I was only there for about an hour in total and during that time they were able to do his examination and X-Rays. Thankfully he was fine and they didn't do any extra examinations or procedures other than what was necessary. The total bill actually ended up coming out to be less than the estimate that they gave us, which was great! They were very informative the entire time that our dog was back in the exam, and the vet technician as well as the doctor were giving me constant updates. We were very pleased with the care that our dog was given as well as the affordable and fair pricing."

"Very disappointing. X-ray tech doesn't know what the heck he's doing! Brought in my pregnant frenchie for a check up on pup's and this klown told us litter ehere all dead. Had to get second opinion elsewhere. Thank goodness every single pup has a heart beat! Haven't heard from him after I whent back to ask for refund. I don't recommend this placefor nothing!"

"Don’t understand why my credit card information is being held on file without my consent. Good thing I look at my credit card history… Running my card for an autopay that was NOT disclosed and I did NOT authorize!!!! Thieves!!!!"

"NEVER AGAIN! We’ve spent thousands of dollars on surgery’s for our animals over the years at adobe. We came across a stray cat and wanted to get it neutered so I called to make an appointment for a neuter they told me if I want to neuter they need to exam him first which I said okay that’s fair. During the exam my first visit they informed me the cat may have ear mites and wanted to run lots of tests which I told them I would talk to my husband and maybe schedule for another day to run test do shots and vaccines. Our first concern was to get the cat fixed the lady gave me an estimate paper with $86 for a neuter so The second time I called to schedule a neuter appointment. They informed me that they would exam him to make sure he was okay to go under. They call me telling me his temperature is high at 100 and they want to keep him for an hour to make sure it goes down. Meanwhile they start going over the cost with me which now I’ve been quoted $225 to go under plus more For other things they want to do which I didn’t want to do. I told them that’s not what I was quoted and I will go to the neuter scooter instead for $50 they told me that’s fine and it would be $50 since they checked his temperature and for their time. I asked them if they could wave the fee they said no I informed them I would never come back and be giving a bad review. If we keep this cat has a pet of course will go get him shots and we’re cleaning his ear mites with a medicine from kahoots. They didn’t even give me a recipt or treatment plan when they gave me my cat back after paying another $50 - $100 for them to exam your cat twice and two separate appointments to waste my time and not listen to my wants and concerns. SAVE YOUR $ AND DONT GO TO VETS IN RAMONA"
