"They will make sure you know when you're initial appointment is, because that's where the money is. But if you have to come in for a re-check, make sure you log that in your calendar because you will not get a reminder. That's not where the money is. I'm so disappointed."
"Don’t go hear. They misdiagnosed our dog, gave our dog tons of unnecessary drugs which affected her health, charged us way more than any other comparable dermatology clinics, they admitted fault about the misdiagnosis and they said they would help us resolving this issue. The only thing they said was to start getting medication from them at a discounted rate. Unfortunately the medication was literally 10 times more than an online resource. If you care about your dog stay away from this facility. Emily Shaw could have fixed this but didn’t care about anything more than financial gain."
