"The reasons for my 2 start decisions is based on our last interaction with the animal hospital. There was a miscommunication between the vegetarian/front desk and my wife about our puppy (Nintendo)not having flee dust on Him. They doubled down on it when we had proof. After the puppy flee dust issue, they agreed to give our other 2 dogs (Atari and Sega) free checks, then turned around, and said no we said one of them gets a check up. Look, they took care of us every checkup, but the way that incident played out just put me off. Of course, they thought about the money they would be losing. That was transparent. But yeah, get your animals checked out there. That was just our experience."
"Completely dedicated to the health and happiness of your pet. We got a rescue who needed her spay stitches removed. Everyone had at least a month wait, even while saying they had to come out much sooner. Victoria Animal Hospital got us in immediately, and we've appreciated them ever since. "All staff and Dr. Doumani were understanding, thorough, and genuinely caring from the moment we were seen for the pain our dog was having. Dr. D identified the problem within minutes and was able to perform surgery the next day. TUCKER is healing well! The reception area and examination rooms are very clean. NO, overcrowding and very organized with the flow of patients and the pet owners. No waiting for HOURS like another vet we went to for 50 years. Less stress and better healing environment.
