"Like the other reviewers, I was referred to this clinic by my healthcare provider. It's been almost a month of missed calls, failure to schedule or honor callbacks, and the absolute worst communication. Over the 4-5 times I've called the clinic to schedule an appointment, I have not talked to the same person once. They've also called back at random hours of the day (which I usually miss because of my work schedule), copy and paste the same template paragraph, and seem to be robots. Tonight, I just missed a callback and when I dialed back no more than 30 sec later, nothing. I tried calling again, and the receptionist promised that someone would respond within an hour. 5 hours later, no luck. Maybe the actual therapy sessions are fine, but the gatekeeping to get there is nuts."

"The therapists and agents are professional to talk to but the receptionist and the way the company operates are pretty sketchy. The staff photos on their website I question because none of the therapists I met are on the website. The CEO and the Clinical Director who are supposedly two different people are the same person's photos just from different times."

"I was referred here by my health care provider and getting a response from these guys is like pulling teeth. Calling their line just sends you to a voice mail. Live chat is extremely slow. And they don’t call when they say they will for your consultation. I can’t speak for the actual service, but just getting through to these people is a head ache."

"Do NOT work for this company. They have extremely poor communication skills. Poor training skills with high expectations. They do not respond in a appropriate time to emails. This company will email and harass staff about small and minor issues but will not respond regarding major issues. This company does not pay their employees on time. There is always an excuse for what was done wrong but nothing is said throughout the month. They will not respond to employee emails that hold them accountable. They treat clients like they are disposable. The owner has no problem telling her employees “if you don’t like it you can go work somewhere else”. The most unprofessional company I have ever worked for. There is no Human Resources and no one is held accountable. Do not work here save your self the stress. Clients go else where."
