"Echo the sentiments of many other reviewers. Gym smells like sweat and dirt. Very little personal instruction. Front desk and customer service awful, gym is over-busy so they don’t mind driving people away, not responding to phone calls etc… I wouldn’t bother with them except my daughter has friends who go there."
"Manager/Owner - why do you allow your coaches to wear shoes in the same area where young children are expected to go barefoot or wear socks. I do not understand it. I see a good percentage of the parents, with enough sense, to voluntarily remove their shoes. You know why? Because it is common sense and most places require it. These parents, I promise you, are thinking exactly the same as me. Why not set a better example starting with your own coaches. They are potentially bringing in all sorts of bad things on their shoes (feces, germs, viruses, staph, etc) onto the mats where our kids put their bare hands and feet. It's a matter of hygiene and caring about our kids and as simple as a sign and some enforcement. Renewal for us is a no unless we feel like the facility is clean."
"This gym has genuinely transformed my daughter's experience, and I am incredibly thankful! After a year at another gym with minimal progress, she achieved tricks she'd longed for within her first week here. The coaches exhibit excellence in both classes, providing authentic assistance in her skill development. Highly recommended!"
"There are very rude kids that ran and grabbed my kid’s class tools and scratched her. Their parents just sat and saw him do that and do nothing. A teacher saw and did not take action. Very chaos class especially for young kiddos."
"Coach Jen is wonderful but the front desk staff in Tustin is usually rude and unhelpful. They could care less about customer service because the classes are too crowded and they don’t mind driving customers away. Don’t go to the desk looking for any help. The coaches are better and answering questions and helping out."
