"I had very good experience at PRN. My therapist Annette Paulson is fantastic. She is very caring and professional. I have issues caused by my neck spinal cord problems. Annette reviewed my MRI and x-ray reports. She planned my treatments carefully. She changed and added new exercises for each session. Annette has deep knowledge for her profession. She was very patient in answering my questions and gave me very good advice on my sleeping postures. Under her treatments and guidance, my symptoms improved a lot. More importantly she shows me ways how to keep my symptoms free or much fewer. I am really glad to have Annette as my therapist and deeply appreciate her work. Other people helping with my exercises are great too."

"PRN was amazing! Chad and Daren were both fantastic and they both can instantly see what areas are weak and need to be worked on. I had really bad back pain from long commutes to/from work and in less than 3 months, I’ve never felt better and feel no pain at all anymore! They give you take home exercises to do that really help your progress which really makes a huge difference. Plus the staff over there who help with your exercises are always so helpful, friendly, and willing to show you how to do something if you don’t get it the first try. Front desk is always helpful with scheduling and will try to get you in sooner if possible which is great. I really appreciate everyone’s help while I was having appointments here. "Great place! I came in with severe hip pain. Jayme and Darrin do great work and along with their staff and the other PTs they do a very thorough job of working with you and improving your health. Between time spent with your individual PT and exercises with staff you get a great workout of the affected body parts that are giving you trouble."

"I was referred to PRN Physical Therapy La Jolla by a primary care provider. I had never previously had physical therapy, and was uncertain what to expect. I feel that the care was excellent. I worked mostly with physical therapist Chad Rocha, with the exercises supervised by a hard-working group of caring assistants. The scheduling staff are so helpful and pleasant. It was a very positive experience, and should I have a future need for PT, I would definitely return."

"I recently had surgery for a torn Achilles tendon. The recovery period can be 6 - 12 months. I was prepared mentally to go into physical therapy to get back to normal routine as quickly as possible. Chad Rocha was my therapist. Chad taught me how to use crutches prior to surgery. 5 weeks post surgery I returned to PRN to begin my recovery after the cast came off my foot. Chad is very patient and caring. He took the time to explain the coming weeks and how we were going to take the steps to recovery. He has a very positive attitude and encouraged me each and every time. The support staff was just as encouraging and pleasant to work with. Always a smile and a greeting so early in the morning. The facility is clean and organized. I am very thankful to Chad and PRN. I am back on both feet and back to much of my normal routines."
