"Kevin really knows his stuff. This is not your typical, relax and fall asleep massage. This is an interactive, very deep tissue massage. You’ll be sore later but the long term results are well worth it. The suggested exercises after are very helpful as well. Looking forward to my next session."

"Went to Kevin with quite a few issues that I've built up as an ultrarunner, obstacle course racer, and BJJ athlete. Basically my whole body! Kevin took a long time talking through my aches and pains with me and made sure to target all of them throughout the session. As I'm a physical therapist, I can say Kevin knows what he is talking about and knows what he is doing. The corrective exercise he sent me after my session have been helping too.
