"In the past I felt a different vibe. Med techs and Vets interacted with our cat. This visit was different. Although I feel our cat was well cared for, I didn’t care for the staff. The Med Tech had an attitude with me which made me upset so I started giving a little attitude back. The Vet while thorough did not engage with our cat at all. It felt mechanical."
"My experience at sage was very good when it came to their care and hospitality. Unfortunately there was nothing that could be done for my dog. But it comfort me to see they really cared and felt my pain. When I went here the second time it was to put my doggy to rest after 16 years and many illnesses. Their support meant alot and they were very helpful. A week later I even received a sympathy letter from the doctor that helped me through the process which was very comforting to know they understood me and felt my pain even though they made me cry with their kind words. "We would highly recommend this hospital. Although, it was tough dealing with the medical issues our dog was suddenly having we found peace in our positive experience with SAGE. Everyone we dealt with was professional, caring and helpful. Our dog ended up being hospitalized over night (which was so sad) but, we knew he was being well taken care of. We specifically dealt with Dr. Wong, Dr. Lou and Sierra. All of them were amazing and we wouldn’t have been able to choose a better team to help our dog. We are so grateful they were there to help us. They were knowledgable, thorough, in constant communication and so caring to our dog and to us. The facility was nice and clean. We were very happy with our experience and would chose them again if needed."
