"I just took my new dog Roy to meet his new vet Dr Rose. I love this Vet Hospital everyone is so kind and understanding. Dr Rose is good with my shy dog and she helps me decide the best course of action. I've been to a lot of Vets and I have to say JUVO is the Best."

"This clinic is amazing! The doctors are always looking to get to the source of the problem with my dogs. All the nurses and super sweet and patient with my dogs that aren’t super cooperative. My 3lb dog broke her leg one morning in September, the same morning they got her in for X-rays. They were able to get the specialists in to do her surgery and here we are a few months later as good as new after thinking I was going to have to amputate. My other dog was finally diagnosed with Cushing’s this month after an increase of thirst and urination. We were able to quickly get an appointment for bloodwork and soon after an ultrasound to confirm. With vet care you get what you pay for and at this clinic my pets get top quality care!"

"Juvo vet was very nice. My dogs condition still not resolved as of yet with current treatment plan. Her paw remains swollen and she is intermittently putting weight on it. My only feedback is that whoever answered the phone (receptionist) two days after my appointment was rude and lacked professional soft skills. I asked for a copy of the vets note for Met life insurance reimbursement that the vet agreed to. The receptionist answered me rude tone “I need to get approval from the vet”. I said she gave approval at the time of visit. She kept repeating she needed vet approval. I then responded whether the vet approves or not I still need a copy of the note for reimbursement. She did not care and continued repeating the same phrase over and over but was stern. I asked about approximate time frame to get the note and again she repeated. “ I need the vets approval”. In my opinion the receptionist should have had a better tone and considered saying “ The note will be sent as soon as possible and once the vet has completes it. Saying that they needed vet approval sends a message that it may not be approved and therefore I would not be reimbursed. Front desk staff play an important role in clinics as they make first impressions— there was one receptionist while waiting in line that had me sit and wait before and after appointment— despite the fact there was outstanding paperwork to complete (since their on line site is not user friendly and did not accept repeated attempts to download information). At the very last minute and after payment for services the front desk staff finally give me two pages of paperwork to complete— this could and should have been handed to me the minute I entered the office.. The staff was not busy. My appointment was changed to 11:30 am and it was 11:15 am. Only one other client was ahead of me in the waiting room. I give this feedback to hopefully facilitate change"

"This place is Amazing!!!! Came here as my regular vet, which wasn't bad, didn't have any appointments, and Juvo did. They helped my wife and I thru our dogs end of life care. It was such a hard time for us letting him go, and the people at Juvo were just so amazing that now that we have adopted a new dog, we have decided to go here. If you are looking for a vet please check them out. They also have an amazing view."

"We brought our dog Peanut to Juvo because she was having stomach/vomiting issues. Not only was Juvo able to fit us into their schedule quickly, but Dr. Nguyen and the entire staff were professional, kind, and made us and Peanut feel welcome. Peanut is a very shy dog but the staff were very gentle and sweet with her! Dr. Nguyen gave a comprehensive treatment plan and while we waited for Peanut to get some fluids we went a couple blocks away to a nearby Starbucks which was super convenient. Love the location and the doctors here and will definitely trust them in the future for any and all of Peanut's healthcare needs!"
