"This place is way better than the Rohnert Park location, which is now closed. Not a far drive, and their services are usually done timely."
"I came there with my cat for an EMERGENCY - they treated us really nicely and took care of my baby. However, I have been waiting 2 weeks (going to the third one) for his emergency visit results. After the first week they told us that the lab lost the results. We took him again and are still waiting for the results. Every single time I call they tell me "Only a nurse can see the results and that they're "in a meeting" and will call back asap. I payed $500 for this test and nobody can tell me anything? I want a full refund - nobody can give me an answer. I am extremely disappointed in their services. Absolutely unacceptable."
"My dog had fractured teeth for the longest time and I had "upgraded" to the dental plan. My dog always shaked in fear after coming to banfield. I tried new vets at VCA and she's much healthier now. They are so bad with treating your dog. They are just the worst vets. Don't falk for their negligent tricks. Im so upset."
"Despite the corporate-wide vet/tech/staff shortage within Banfield (especially Rohnert Park), I’ve found the new Southside Santa Rosa Banfield Pet Hospital location, off Yolanda/SR Ave, to be fully staffed with very caring and highly knowledgeable vets and staff. It’s impressive just how well they’ve been able to manage the influx of patients from Rohnert Park’s “temporary” Banfield closure. Thank you, Southside Santa Rosa Banfield!"
"Always clean, staff efficient, friendly and caring, excellent veterinary care. Annual cost includes so many things, and the total is less than a full service teeth cleaning every year. Recommend this practice."
