"They used to be amazing, the staff were wonderful and caring and really on top of refills. They remembered our family and would gather all the prescriptions for pickup. It was great. Then the pharmacy started getting short staffed, employees started disappearing, days and hours changed to less and less availability and now it’s all new staff and I am thoroughly unimpressed. Planning on switching pharmacies be aide just picking up meds has become a hassle and they have refused to fill prescriptions and sent us to Walmart in Rohnert Park. Ugh"
"It has gone from going right in to pick up my prescription, to now I have to leave work early just to pick up a prescription because of their limited hours. Unfortunately I have to transfer prescription out of here because their hours are so limited…"
